Warranty (Statement)

This HPLC analytical or preparative scale column (Product)  is not warranted or guaranteed in any way for performance or satisfaction of any kind. Any specifications, application notes, FAQ's, data, testimonials,instructions, references or inferences are provided as information only.   The user/purchaser assumes all risk, whether direct or consequential from the use, storage, handling or disposal of the Product. In the event the user/purchaser does not understand or accept any term of this Statement, user should abstain from any  use of this product and immediately return it to the manufacturer or distributor of purchase for consideration of a full or partial refund.

Other Terms and Conditions -- Special Introductory Offer   

This is a limited time offer by the manufacturer which may be withdrawn at any time for any reason.  Manufacturer reserves the right to limit or restrict purchase quantities.   The sale is considered as-is, where-is. No returns or allowances shall be allowed with the following exceptions :

At their option, User/Purchaser may return, at their expense, the unopened package or unused product in the original package in exchange for a replacement of a different size.

Manufacturer agrees to a special exception with the user/purchaser for causes to be determined.

No refunds or credits will be given for any reason. Manufacturer agrees to pay normal and reasonable Product shipping charges to US destinations (including Alaska and Hawaii) but not US Possessions,Territories or APO addresses.

Payment terms are net amount due within 30 days of shipment date.  Money order, cashiers check or company check are satisfactory payment instruments as are major credit cards.  

Safe disposal or recycling of the Product, its constituents or any packaging is the sole responsibility of the User/Purchaser.

Manufacturer agrees to provide product and packaging specifications to User/Purchaser upon request at any time during the Special Introductory Offer period. Product and packaging specifications are subject to change without notice.

Product is not for Resale. 

Title to Product shall pass to User/Purchaser at the point of shipment from Manufacturer.

Manufacturer will make a reasonable effort to locate Product considered lost in transit and may, at Manufacturer's sole discretion, replace free of charge Product believed to be lost in transit to User/Purchaser by freight/parcel carrier.

Manufacturer reserves the right to choose freight/parcel carrier and class of freight/parcel service. 

These Terms and Conditions may be amended or replaced without notice.
